Frequently Asked Questions

We get a lot of questions, but these are the ones we hear most often. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please reach out to us directly.

Do you provide free consultations?
Yes. We offer free consultations to determine whether we are a good mutual fit based on how you work, how we work, your goals, budget, and our shared expectations. However, we do not provide free audits or deep dives into self-managed marketing campaigns. Those services are available at our standard hourly consulting rate.
What is the minimum monthly budget?
Our marketing and advertising services generally require a minimum monthly investment of $3,500. SEO, AISEO, and AEO services start at $300 per month.
How much should I expect to spend?
Every business is different. Your recommended budget depends on your goals, market size, level of competition, industry, brand recognition, and overall growth strategy. We will always be honest about what it will realistically take to achieve your objectives.
Do you offer Geographic Category Exclusivity?
Yes. We offer Geographic Category Exclusivity for qualifying clients whose marketing investment meets our exclusivity requirements. This program is designed for businesses with the resources to become market leaders. Visit our Geographic Exclusivity page to learn more about qualification requirements.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. Some businesses already have an excellent website with strong SEO, AISEO, and conversion performance. Others discover their marketing is working, but their website is preventing visitors from becoming customers. During our consultation, we will honestly tell you whether your website is helping or hurting your business.
How much does a website cost?
Our editable business websites start at $3,500, and since 2010 none of our standard business websites have exceeded $10,000. We do not build e-commerce websites because there are excellent platforms available that specialize in that market.
Does your website include SEO and AISEO?
Yes. Every website we build is designed with modern search optimization in mind. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, SEO, AISEO, and platform updates begin at $300 per month after launch.
Do you build websites with WordPress?

No. Instead of building websites on WordPress, we created the KYC Mission Platform™—our proprietary website platform designed specifically for growing businesses.

It was engineered to remove many of the common frustrations associated with traditional content management systems by eliminating plugin dependencies, reducing maintenance, improving security, and providing built-in tools for SEO, AISEO, analytics, schema management, and ongoing growth.

Rather than constantly updating software, you can focus on running your business while we continuously improve the platform behind the scenes.

Do you use Artificial Intelligence?
Absolutely—but always with human oversight. We primarily use AI to accelerate software development, troubleshoot code, assist with research, and create high-quality commercial video production for platforms including Fox Television, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and other digital advertising channels. Written content is carefully reviewed and refined by experienced professionals before publication.
Should AI write all of my website content?
No. AI is a powerful tool, but it should not replace expertise. If someone is using AI to generate nearly all of your SEO or AISEO content, you should question the value you are receiving. High-quality content still requires research, editing, fact-checking, strategy, and human experience to perform well with both customers and modern search engines.
Are meta titles and descriptions enough for SEO?
No. Effective SEO and AISEO require much more than meta titles and descriptions. Modern websites need structured data, schema markup, semantic HTML, rich snippets, quality content, internal linking, technical optimization, and a strong user experience. Metadata is only one small piece of a much larger strategy.
Can I rank well in SEO or AISEO if my reviews are poor?
Probably not. Search engines and AI platforms increasingly rely on trusted third-party reputation signals from sources such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. Improving customer satisfaction and earning authentic positive reviews is often one of the fastest and most cost-effective ways to improve your online visibility.
