No. Once Geographic Exclusivity has been approved for a specific market and protected service category, we will not accept another competing client for those same services within that territory while your exclusivity remains active.
Does Geographic Exclusivity cover every service my business offers? expand_more
No. Exclusivity only applies to the services or product categories you are actively marketing through Kill Your Competition. For example, if you advertise roofing but not solar services, only roofing would be protected.
What are the requirements to qualify? expand_more
Qualified businesses must use Kill Your Competition exclusively for their website development, marketing, paid advertising, SEO, AISEO, AEO, and related digital strategy services. Geographic Exclusivity is generally reserved for clients maintaining a paid advertising investment of at least $50,000 per month within each protected Designated Market Area (DMA).

Geographic Exclusivity is based on maintaining an active strategic partnership. If qualification requirements are no longer met, exclusivity may be reviewed after discussing the situation with your team.
